Russian Weightlifting Titles

In Russian Weightlifting, and in the former Soviet Union Countries, weightlifters can earn different weightlifting credentials, which are accomplishments. Those are very hard-earned and are only given out on merit basis. Different titles that you can accomplish as a Weightlifter: To consider yourself somewhat of a decent lifter in Russia one must reach 1st Rank, which is listed here as "pass".
