6 Pullups + 15 reps + 18 reps + 21 reps + 24 reps
7 Pushups + 15 reps + 30 reps + 45 reps + 60 reps

It seems that the newer version of the test is spread onto two days to give the candidate some rest. It also follows a different order. It starts with 2 rope climbs with an 11 kg ruck, 30 squats, 40 sit-ups, 8 pullups, and 90-meter firemen carry. The next day is set for 1.5 K Ruck Run and the 8 K Ruck March, followed by a 50-meter swim with a 4-meter dive.

The listed test here is a little harder as all exercises are performed within one day. It is also to note that for the firemen carry, the time starts before you lift the other candidate on your back, which makes it harder to pass. Usually, candidates have to team up with another candidate of the same physical profile.

Commando Marine Evaluation Weeks

During the next 2 weeks, the candidates are tested daily. Right after the initial selection day test, where the candidates had to run 8KM with 11 KG, the next day, they have to run 15 km with a 15 KG Ruck. They get only 3-6 hours of sleep a day, have little time to eat, are constantly exposed to cold temperatures, the water sometimes measuring 8 degrees celsius. They will also have to run 25 KM, a half marathon with 11 KG and their weapon, will have to dive 15 meters, and face each other in hand to hand combat. Only a handful of candidates makes it through to get to the Stage Commando also called STAC.
