Devgru Legacy Test

The Devgru Legacy test, it seems an internal Devgru Fitness test, is one of the hardest tests out there. To accomplish this physical fitness test, one must perform at least 10 dead hang pullups with 40 lbs attached to his body, then benchpress 10 reps at a weight equaling their body weight, and then run a 5-mile distance in 37:30 min. Those Devgru Operators that can perform 15 pullups with the weight, bench press 15 reps at their body weight, and run the same time, are considered even more fit.

Characteristics of a DevGru Operator

Most DevGru Operators are a mix of cooky, confidence, dedication, and professionalism. They are highly self-motivated, ambitious, and determined type A personalities. They are team players and highly appreciative of each other.
