Biuro Operacji Antyterrorystycznych, the Anti-Terrorism Elite Police Unit of Poland, is part of the European ATLAS Network. They are trained for reconnaissance, counter-terrorism, regular police activities in urban settings, and many other activities. They are called upon on a regular, at least once a week.

To join, one must be a Polish Citizen and needs to be a police officer first. The
candidate needs to have 3 years of service under their belt. Before being able to
test for the physical fitness test, the candidate will have to go through an interview
process. They only want the candidates who qualify mentally as well as want to
be in the unit. Those who pass the interview process will undergo psychological testing.
