PLA Formation (Continued)

Soldiers usually have to get up at 6 AM and start with 30 min of light physical conditioning, before the daily tasks start. Other training content might include long-distance runs, obstacle runs, and tactical movements. Then later on during the day, there will be more physical training. Soldiers might be tasked to run 5 KM later on during the day and then head to the gym for some muscle strengthening exercises. It also depends largely on the squat leader that the soldier is assigned to. Candidates are also food-deprived and sleep-deprived at times to strengthen their mental toughness. They will also endure Ruck runs and train martial arts.
