David Goggins Workout

To pass this challenge, you will run every 4 hours 4 miles for 48 hours. This means that if you run 4 miles in an hour, you will have 3 hours to rest or to get some sleep. This takes a mentally tough person to accomplish if they train by themselves. If you have never run before, this challenge is not for you. If you love sleeping too much, this challenge is not for you. Prepare yourself the right way. This is not a challenge to be taken on the treadmill, bike or an elliptical.

David Goggins Training

David Goggins is known to have intense training sessions every day. Working out is his passion. He trains every day, he runs every day and I assume workouts every day as well. He is known to stretch for hours every day. He is known to run 100 miles a week, and run 100 miles at a piece. He is not known to run slow. It is easy for him to keep a 7-mile pace.

David Goggins - Achievements

David Goggins is a big achiever. However, he remains humble, stays hungry, and stays focussed. He doesn't take a lot of breaks and always works towards bigger goals. He is a retired navy seal, went through PJ training, went through Army Ranger School, and previously held the pull-up record. He ran various Ultra marathons and performed as a firefighter. He also took part in the DEVGRU Green Team Selection and Delta Force Selection.

He is relentless, can easily deadlift 405 lbs after a long day of workouts. He is known for taking souls. His idea behind this concept is to make you feel uncomfortable, because of his achievements, hence 'you took' that person's soul because he or she no longer focuses on his or her achievements, but on yours. His attitude is: get the job done until the job is done, not work on the job till you are tired.
